Wangs

Wangs is always amazing. All the mains are incredible, and the coleslaw and grits are good, but I feel like the other sides are lacking. Even so, I'm always up to ordering from Wangs again. They're also super nice in person!

I ordered Wangs' wings and was not disappointed. They are huge and the full wing, not those pathetic pieces you get at other wing places. The sauce was sweet and savory and the breading was just the right amount of crispy. The sides are just as good. The mac is creamy and flavorful with a crispy sprinkling of bread crumbs. Speaking of bread: the cornbread. Oh, the cornbread. It has the slightest of sweetness to keep me coming back for more munching until all that's left are crumbs, which I will eat, too. But sadly the crumbs can't be topped with the honey jalapeno butter that comes with the mini loaf. Yes, the are tiny loaves. Beautiful.

Overall, yeah, not bad. I'll probably order again soon.

I think Wangs has the best chicken in Brooklyn. For real. The "wangs" are cooked really well and the dipping sauces are worth the extra cost. The fried chicken is also great and while a little pricey- well worth it. The cornbread comes with their own special butter and the coconut milk grits are so tasty. If you haven't tried it, GET IT!

I've seen negative reviews about slow delivery from Wangs, but don't be discouraged. We ordered at 9:45 PM, and I was shocked to hear the door buzzer at 10:03!!! The fried chicken was perfectly cooked and was delivered to me 1/2 mile away just as hot and fresh as if I had been sitting in their restaurant. Nailed it!

I love Wangs! Last night my order said it would take an hour and it took 20 minutes. I'm sure that's not normal but it was a nice surprise. Wangs is a little bit pricey but they always deliver it fast (or at least on time) and the food is always good. Can't go wrong!

A little pricey for chicken wings, but I'll be damned if they're not the best wings you can order on this app and are among the best if you actually feel like leaving your couch too. If you want to treat yo self, there's few other that will fit the bill so snugly.
